A Fun Time At Our Annual Picnic
Over seventy members and their families turned out on a cloudy August 9th for our annual picnic. Although the tables and bar-b-que rack arrived almost two hours late the food was prepared and served not quite an hour late. Everyone had plenty to eat and the games were enjoyed by young and old. See the pictorial review on our picnic pictures page.

555th Engineering Brigade Thanks Brothers of St. John's
 | |
The men of the 555th Engineering Brigade at Fort Lewis authorized VWB Chuck Brockway to make a very unusual presentation. Each of those who participated in this years "Operation Kids Smile" at Fort Lewis was issued a 555th Engineering Brigade coin. These coins are carried by every member of the 555th |
and the carrying of the coin has an interesting history.
This history as well as the names of those honored are found on the 555th Presentation webpage found on this link. The entire Lodge should be proud of the work we do for these brave men and women. |
